Shipping your order: time, mode and cost
Where does Dulàc ship and what are the shipping times?
We ship our products throughout Italy, many European countries* and the United Kingdom. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. In Italy, delivery times range from 24 to 48 business hours, but in some areas, including smaller islands and enclaves, times may be longer. Outside Italy, delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days and change depending on the area. Again, timelines may lengthen for delivery of orders in inconvenient areas. Any details, changes or issues on shipments are communicated via e-mail and/or highlighted on the website.
Shipments are handled by reliable couriers to provide you with the best possible service. Specifically, they are handled by FedEx and BRT shipping companies.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and city of destination. The amount of shipping costs is calculated after the delivery address is entered and is shown before the order is paid for.
