Doctor Bite is a slim, patented device that is easy to wear and specifically designed for nocturnal bruxism (teeth grinding).
Made from polymer material of varying thickness and hardness, it features a special design that allows it to easily adapt to the user’s dentition, protecting the teeth from wear caused by grinding.

The bite should be placed on the upper teeth. After reading the instructions, and before shaping the device, we recommend inserting it into your mouth to begin familiarising yourself with the following steps.
Once the customisation process is complete, you can remove any imperfections or excess material with a small pair of scissors.
Before storing the bite in its case, clean it with a toothbrush under a stream of cold water. Never use hot water for cleaning and avoid storing it near heat sources.
