Twist the cap clockwise until it reaches its limit to release the powder into the bottle. Shake well, unscrew the cap, and take the contents immediately. Take one bottle a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Bifidobacterium Breve
Among bifidobacteria, Bifidobacterium breve strains are widely used in pediatrics.
